As much as we would like to take all of you to a safe Virtual World right now, we have to do our part in keeping each other safe from COVID-19.

COVID-19 is affecting all of us - as employees, travelers and communities - in a constantly evolving environment and in unprecedented ways. As a result, we are temporarily closing all of our terminals, effective immediately through March 31, 2020 for everybody’s safety and to support our local health officials and government leaders. During this period, our VOID location team members will continue to be compensated.


We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are here to help you reschedule any pre-booked tickets and offer an additional experience of your choosing. Please contact support@thevoid.com to receive your credit toward an additional experience in lieu of a refund.

I have already purchased tickets to The VOID. What are my options?

We will be reaching out to Travelers with the following options:

Exclusive Offer: We would love to reschedule any pre-booked tickets with an exclusive 2 for 1 offer. This 2 for 1 offer includes rescheduling plus an additional experience of your choosing.(This will be processed as a code for double the value of your original booking to reschedule at a time of your choosing. Apply this code at checkout when making your next booking online or in person. Example: If you booked 1 ticket, the code value will be for 2 tickets).

If you prefer a refund, we’re happy to help with that instead. To cancel your booking entirely, please select the “manage this booking” option in your booking confirmation email. You can expect the funds returned to your account within 7-14 business days. Please let us know if you need assistance

Is The VOID going to be open for the trip I have already purchased?

All VOID locations are closed through March 31, 2020. Any trips scheduled between now and that date will need to be rescheduled. For further updates, check back to our Updates page again at a later time.

Can I reschedule my reservation to The VOID after it reopens after COVID-19 is over?

Yes! You can. If your reservation has been affected by this temporary closure, we would love to reschedule your visit and offer you our exclusive 2 for 1 offer for doing so.

If I reschedule for later, can I go to a different location?

Yes. We can help you reschedule your trip to any of our locations. Our 2 for 1 offer can be used at a different location as well.
